Kettleball & Core Workout

20 minute workout

Warm-up 3-5 minutes with walk, jog, or elliptical.

30 Seconds per move.  No breaks.

Set 1 (5 minutes)

  1. Squat
  2. Squat + Curl
  3. Squat + Curl + Press

Jumping Jacks 1 minute. Repeat Set 1.

Set 2 (4 minutes)

  1. Lunge pass through with Kettlebell
  2. Bent over 1- Arm Row

High Knees 1 minute. Repeat Set 2.

Set 3 (4 minutes)

  1. Tricep Extensions
  2. Deadlifts

Kettlebell Swings 1 minute. Repeat Set 3.

Cool down 2 minutes
